1) Every page on our site uses HTTPS which is the protocol for HTTP secure. The primary reason for HTTPS is authentication of our website and protection of the privacy and integrity of your exchanged data when you purchase from us.
2) We are a McAfee Certified Secure Site. If you click on the McAfee icon in the lower right corner, a small window opens with McAfee secure information. If you click on the McAfee icon in the top left corner, you will be directed to the "McAfee secure" page with our certification and security details which include:
- No Malware or Malicious links
- No Phishing Detected
- Valid SSL Certificate
- $100,000 Identity Protection
Presently we ship only to the 50 States, we will be adding Canada and U.S. territories ASAP. Standard FedEx ground shipping is free to any of the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii have a cost adder based on the amount of the order and are automatically calculated at checkout. Look at our blog page for the most current updates for shipping lead times. We build frames and mattes to order so lead time to ship is typically 1 week. Prints only will typically ship within 2 days. We will stock the most commonly ordered sizes of frames and mattes as we identify order trends.
When you receive your order, please check it carefully for damage. We insure your order for full value so please report any damage to us (email@example.com) as soon as you receive your order. If convenient, take a picture of the damage. We use state-of-the-art packaging to insure that your order arrives in perfect condition. You can return your framed print or print only in the original box within 30 days and we will refund the full amount of your original order less return shipping. The print. frame, acrylic and matte must be in new, as received condition.

Editing items in the Shopping Cart:
You can edit item options in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Edit Item" button. This opens a new window with the option details of your order. You can select a change and then click the "Update" button and the shopping cart will display your modified order.
